The Upper Room Clinic was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that true healing requires understanding the whole person — not just their symptoms. With locations in Oakville and Davisville, the clinic has built a reputation for evidence-based, compassionate care.
The Pain Clinic was born from a recognition that chronic pain demands the same whole-person approach. Too many patients were falling through the cracks of a system that treats pain in isolation. We created a dedicated space where interventional expertise meets integrative thinking.
Today, our team of board-certified physicians offers a full suite of injection-based therapies — from nerve blocks and PRP to cutting-edge Arthrosamid treatments — all guided by the latest evidence and a deep commitment to each patient's recovery.

With over 35 years of medical experience spanning emergency medicine, functional medicine, and pain management, Dr. Kostovic brings a unique whole-person perspective to interventional pain care. She is board-certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and holds fellowships in integrative and functional medicine. Her approach combines cutting-edge interventional techniques with an understanding of the systemic factors that contribute to chronic pain.

Dr. Pearson is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain specialist.
